They had the computer I needed/wanted in store that day. The prices displayed did not match the website, the associate told me I had to order online to get that price, not attempting to ring it up. I told him the website showed in store price and asked if he could please ring it up to see. The price match the website when he rang it up, he was very friendly. love the product. Apple is the way to go

Decent light laptop, but not much storage. Apple has its flaws and other brands offer more options. Found this to keep having issues with login, etc

So far best laptop I’ve had. would definitely recommend

This is my first Macbook to ever purchase, I have an IPad, IPhone so I decided to take the plunge and go all Apple products. LOVE it!! It’s so vivid, so fast and no problems with it at all.

Bought this for my wife she had a dell that kept freezing so I surprised her with one of these and she loved it haven’t had a problem with it

I have used the same laptop for ten years waiting for the right replacement. Finally, an apple laptop where you get your money's worth and then some. Great merging of MacBook and iPad. The only complaint is no redesign of the chassis, but that would have increased the price a couple hundred dollars.

This is a great laptop, being a retired senior I have being able to easier to stay in touch with family and able to talk with others with this, Laptop.

It’s fast! The keyboard is good and there’s no useless touchbar. The fanless design makes for a very quiet machine. Ports leave a little to be desired but I guess that’s why there’s dongles. Using it with parallels to run Linux and that’s smooth so far, as well. Get this instead of the m1 mbpro.

Very good and performing well so far! I already have a M1 Pro and didn't want to spend that extra for a M2. Got a good offer from BB for black friday!

I own several Apple products. In the past I did purchase other brands. Apple has been very good to me. If there’s been issues they have been resolved. This laptop does exactly as I expected.

Nothing has changed, but the increase of price. The computer like most Apple products runs on the hot side, and after being fully charged it doesn't last very long. The new Ipad is worse when it comes to charging. I am an Apple user for all things so I knew what I was getting myself into. The lack of ports to connect other items to it is very disappointing. You have to spend more money on hubs. With the price being what it is at least give us back the usb, hdmi, and more thunberbolts standard.

I work full time and am also a full time nursing student. This MacBook Air has met all of my needs for both work and college. It is a great size and is light to carry around. I am happy with it!

I just bought my macbook from catching a good labor day sale deal even though the macbook is a 2020, it was a good price & love how it is easier to get work done in college.

If you are high school and college student who use laptop watching youtube and netflix. And use Microsoft Office to do homework. Macbook air is the laptop to buy. You don't need Macbook Pro unless you do a lot of video editing or higher power demanding work.

Just love it , good size and weight . Security with finger print button totally different from the previous version. Easy to use .

Was very skeptical switching to an Apple MacBook but am pleasantly surprised by the ease of use. I love the screen definition for streaming movies and the sound quality is superb.

Love my new laptop. It’s lightweight and can fit in my backpack.
