This was a great buy. With the $200 discount from Best Buy, this is a Mac at iPad prices. I was originally going to buy a PC to run model railroading software but the Best Buy salesperson, like me, was a big fan of Macs and advised us to consider buying the Air because of the better reliability of Macs. As a staunch Mac advocate since I saw the first Mac in January 1984, I concur. With the exception of a 17" PowerBook whose battery expanded, wrecking the then 10 year old PowerBook, I have never had a Mac stop working. My 27 year old Power Mac 8500 still runs like new!

Bought for granddaughter, she loves everything about it.she says it is so much better than the other one she had ( but it was not a Mac)

My first macbook. I love how it has no fan. Totally silent and I don't have to worry about it overheating when I place it on my lap. The screen doesn't strain my eyes as much as the windows laptops I've had. No real complaints.

My dad is loving this. He said it’s definitely an upgrade from his old laptop.

Nice little mac sometimes the rainbow circle comes up I don’t know why it started doing that with the first 2 months. Great battery life though! And when I plug in my iPhone it charged it in half the time

Does what I need it to do for editing and school work. Battery life is great and I usually can get a few days with moderate usage.

Apple products are some of the best abs that ye MacBook is bo exception. Great product for students and workhorses alike. I love them apple products. Hope they make more of these right here in the USA.

I received excellent assistance from the young man in the computer department. He listened to how I was going to use the laptop, what my interests & needs were and suggested the Macbook Air. He didn't try and upsell me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went to pick up my computer at Geek Squad, Jeff spent a lot of time going thru it with me and loaded apps I wanted, while showing me how to navigate with the Macbook. He helped me to the point where I could begin using it right away. Again, very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. This was a great buying and learning experience for me. First Macbook and so far I have really enjoyed getting to know it. I have quickly become spoiled by the integration with Apple Eco-system. M1 chip makes light work of everyday tasks and battery life has been excellent.

I LOVE MY NEW APPLE! This is my first Apple laptop and I was scared because I heard if you are not used to them then they are hard to learn, but I don't find that at all. It's so easy to travel with. Best purchase!!!!
