A Great Base Model Mac for Creative Work

Although it was only the base model, I was able to run Adobe Creative Cloud apps like Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc. Editing video was smooth and exports were good. (Note: I was using 1080p footage from my Nikon D5600 DSLR.) If I were to buy an M1 Air again, I would upgrade to the 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD, otherwise I would just get a MacBook Pro which includes additional useful ports for creatives! Overall a great piece of tech!

New Air

The transition was flawless using Migration Assistant with the two computers side by side. The biggest differences are: the display is much better as well as the keyboard and the battery life is astounding. Could not resist the pre Black Friday pricing and could not be more pleased.
