    Great laptop for the price, was a needed upgrade from the 8 year old laptop my girlfriend had. The only difficultly is getting used to MacOS but overall it was a great option for my GF.

    We purchased a MacBook Air after deciding we were tired of dealing with viruses on our other computers. We also purchased a Brother laser printer. We ended up going to 3 different Best Buy stores: (1) seeking info., (2) picking up the printer we ordered online, and (3) taking the MacBook to the 3rd store to get it set up. I mention the three different stores only to indicate that we dealt with IT people at each of those locations and they were all very knowledgeable and kind. We did purchase the service package and are glad we did. We are in the middle of getting our other computers in working order!
