Nice laptop

Functionally, this laptop works similarly to a pc that costs half as much. I have not noticed a lot of difference in performance between this mac and a new pc laptop containing an intel chip. In terms of operating system, it takes a little getting used to if you are a pc user. The shortcuts and navigation are different. Otherwise it is a great product and works great.

Apple is great, Best Buy is the worst

First they sent me an damaged computer that they couldn't fix, then they sent me a computer that was still logged in and locked as guest (I bought open-box and they sent a display computer which they apparently have a policy against?) and that took 48 hours to fix. Now, a month later, have returned my trade-in with no explanation or communication. I do not suggest buying from this company.
