    Never been an Apple user, but thought I would try this out just to see. The laptop is brand new, but four years old, however, when compared to a Windows laptop, does not show its age. Functions flawlessly.

    You pay for the apple brand. Functionally, this laptop works similarly to a pc that costs half as much. I have not noticed a lot of difference in performance between this mac and a new pc laptop containing an intel chip. In terms of operating system, it takes a little getting used to if you are a pc user. The shortcuts and navigation are different. Otherwise it is a great product and works great.

    The process of purchase was a bit wobbly. The first sales person was very personable although not terribly knowledgeable of this specific product. The second sales person was efficient and somewhat perfunctory as he tolerated my vacillating as to which computer to purchase. In all, it was a good experience because I really don't expect sales people to be super enthusiastic with every customer especially since they don't work on commission.

    Too many passwords required for too many different logins. It gets confusing remembering which password is for which sign on. Other than that, I like my laptop. I haven’t had any problems so far.

    I tried to hold off buying a new computer but my old one died. I considered buying a cheaper one but I am an Apple person and knew I would not be happy. I did wait for a sale. A lot has changed since I got my last computer but I am adjusting
