He loves everything thing about it and since he has other Apple devices he was used to the setup and has had no problem linking his school account.

The bad is I bought an open box and BestBuy failed to make sure the MacBook was ready to be set up. I had to work through a restore of the completely blank drive after i was charged because the battery was also at 0%. It was as if they started the process to clear the device and then put in the box to finish on its own.
