My first MacBook purchase. Very easy to use. Did not get any offering(free much or Apple TV) as promised with the purchase

As expected - a good Apple product and great condition overal. Shipped okay from Best Buy, although they could have put some packaging around the Apple box (inside the outer box) to keep it from bouncing around inside the outer box. But seems fine even without that.

I use this as a college student, personal use, and digital marketing. It has all the features I need and is very easy to add extensions. Lots of capacity and great image quality.

I am so very happy to have made the switch to Apple!! Everyone said that there is a huge learning curve from Windows to Apple but I found it relatively easy and user intuitive

First Mac ever an I’m in love. Compatible with my phone and many other apps that were on the phone which makes it more convenient

Keys don't feel too bad when I type, the UI/UX is easy, as previous MAC's are, and and the M1 processor is working alright so far, but we'll see in due time.

I absolutely love Apple products. I own several different MacBooks and iPads. I do not plan on buying any other type in the future.

My son loved his birthday present. He can now do all of his homework and emails. He l8ves that he can facetime the family from the MacBook.

Great little computer for your needs. I snagged the M1 since it has better cooling capabilities at max computing. The M2 does not have a cooling fan.

We have always purchased our computers/laptops from BestBuy and will continue to do so. The folks in the department are extremely well versed on all models and uses. Our latest purchase was a MacBook for our daughter, who will being heading off to college in the fall.

Andrew is an excellent salesman. He carefully reviewed all the apple products for me clearly and concisely. He explained every plan that best buy has to offer without being pushy. He also honored my price match! This salesman deserves a raise!

Opted to pick up from my car. Was very easy and the associates were friendly. Ordered and scheduled on line. That was easy as well.

I’m giving the MacBook 4 stars. However Best Buy gets 1/5. I received the Mac as an open box-excellent condition. I opened the box and immediately notice how dirty the laptop was. There were smudges and fingerprints on the exterior and screen. A small scratch at the bottom including scuff marks. Again it stated excellent condition. The screen popped on with a user name and password lock. SMH. I was able to get into the laptop and immediately erased and reset it. I cleaned it up too. So after all that it seems to be working fine now.
