I’m giving the MacBook 4 stars. However Best Buy gets 1/5. I received the Mac as an open box-excellent condition. I opened the box and immediately notice how dirty the laptop was. There were smudges and fingerprints on the exterior and screen. A small scratch at the bottom including scuff marks. Again it stated excellent condition. The screen popped on with a user name and password lock. SMH. I was able to get into the laptop and immediately erased and reset it. I cleaned it up too. So after all that it seems to be working fine now.

Was in the need of a new computer. Had a Dell but the rest of the family had macs. I decided to join them and I couldn't be happier. Very easy to use, love the clarity of the screen, and the size of it. Did not feel lost without my old Dell computer.

Great laptop. Functions well although there are some couple glitches I started experiencing the first 2 weeks, till this day

I would buy it again and again and again and again

Love it, will never go bsck, to a little time to transition into using the Mac book but once I started thinking more like my phone I was hooked, love screen sharing with my tv

Love the price on the Macbook Air and does work for me so i dont have to spend money buying macbook Pro

Really in excellent conditions, exactly like new. I couldn't notice that was unboxed. Good choice to grab some discount.

I really love this computer. I am new to apple but find it really user-friendly. I did watch a few youtube videos to help setup go smoother.

I tiptoed around purchasing a MacBook for years my last laptop was an HP envy.. ( I still have it) but I'm astounded at the functionality of the MacBook. Being able to go from one device to another is certainly a plus and super efficient for my needs. I'm very pleased.

Purchased a HP laptop, Geek Squad transferred data from old to new and seems to be ok to date still learning. I walked in with no appointment to check on progress. Teck informed me they just finished the data transfer, Geek Squad was busy but they still fit me in. PROFFESIONLS!!

Good lap top whoever they are so fragile. Wish screen was thicker so it can have more protection

Love the computer. Poor service offered at Best Buy. No one in the store offers to help and they know very little about the products. Shopping isnt what it use to be. Geek Squad wants you in and out of the way asap. They schedule every 15 minutes and seem to be very distracted

Love, love, love the MacBook! This is my first one and it has not disappointed! I’m getting to the functionality but I’m so glad I finally made this purchase.

Love my MacBook…I was hesitant at first, but owning an iPhone already it made it a great purchase. Honestly can’t imagine having anything else.
