    After a MacBook Pro, it is a downgrade. It doesn't have a USB port. As a positive, it is very light weight.

    This is my first Mac and so far I’m very impressed. Learning the differences between Windows and macOS is a challenge for me but I’m getting there. Integrating of my MacBook with my iPhone and iPad is pretty awesome.

    I purchased this for my spouse to replace a completely obsolete iPad Air (at least 10 years old). It's a good machine, but right now, she hates the track pad. So, I'll purchase an external mouse and see how things go. The learning curve has been an issue as well. This is more of an Apple thing, NOT a Best Buy thing.

    the laptop was stuck in the country of Afghanastan and I called Geek Squad but they were unable to assist me so I took it back to Best Buy store and got a refund but the computer worked other than that and was super fast so I think I will just upgrade to the 15 inch

    It’s an APPLE. Nothing really needs to be said. I purchased this one for my wife as a replacement for her 8yr old MacBook. I have this in the PRO. I have an iPhone also. We’ve never had a problem of any kind with APPLE.

    Only disadvantage it m1 processor doesnt support virtual machine from virtual box or vm ware, i returned it because i am not able to use virtual machine excet that, it is solid laptop that i would recomed to anyone who as budget around 1000 dollar's
