    Excellent support for a new MacBook Air. The Geek Squad Rep (Lexie) was very patient with a computer illiterate. She understood my problem and made certain all concerns were answered. An excellent technician and caring person!

    First time mac owner. Wanted something reliable for school and work, and this is just right. Also, I game on my pc, it’s nice to see that you can actually play games on the m1 Mac and it’s not terrible

    I’m new to macbooks but not apple. At first it was confusing to use and download certain apps but I figured it out. Don’t spend your money on cheap laptops…get something like this so it last you 10 + years.

    Great Value. Bought it during the Student deal. I tried an open-box excellent certified first which turned out to be scratched up. So returned it and got a new one and have been really happy

    The product is good and free of any marks. The issue was with the adapter which stopped working after 3 months of rare use. Bestbuy has a policy of 15 days for replacement but Apple covers it and helped me replacing the adapter. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase
