Faulty computer. Then there were problems transferring the data from my previous MacBook. The first six days I owned this computer I was at BestBuy five of those days. The tech and a couple of the counter guys who waited on me each day were very good with an old guy whom is only so so computer literate.

Can't review the product itself because a) I am not using it, and b) I never buy any apple products because they don't warrant the price on any level. With that said the best buy local selection, quick order online and willingness to price match including rewards points makes it worth using BB

I'm sure it'll last him a good 4-5 years, at least. The build quality of MacBooks are always so impressive.
