    The MacBook Air M1 is great I would give it a 5 star but its a 3 sadly because my online purchase was delayed and it affect my apple limited warranty by 1 day because it came the other day when it post to come

    Hello, Overall the laptop I personally received came faulty in the box. The backlight on the screen went out within two days of purchasing. Thank God for apple care because I received a new one free of charge. In my opinion if you plan on purchasing anything expensive add an insurance if possible.

    Other than learning and getting used to the system after using a Windows laptop all my life, The trackpad that everybody raves about sucks and this is why. When scrolling by swiping 2 fingers, sometimes a swipe does not make it scroll. I have tried online suggestions, Apple reset it and it still does it. Also, I have tried 2 different demos at 2 different Best Buy stores and they did it too. It has happened on different sites. Netflix being one of them when scrolling down through the offerings. I am very disappointed, I don't mind having to learn the system and have to do extra things to get some things to work with other things but I find this unacceptable. Unfortunately, I am beyond the return date. Frustrating when everybody talks about how well everything works on a Mac compared to a Windows PC, my 9 year old laptop scrolls better than this one.
