The text was so small on this MacBook Air that I couldn’t even see to set it up. I am older but very experienced with computers. We love most things Apple. We have tried Mac products a couple times and it just doesn’t work for us. Just iPhones and iPads for us.

I would give it five stars but the Apple logo doesn’t light up.

Purchased for my late teenage daughter. She likes it.

Battery does not hold as long of a charge as advertised.

I went in, I bought it, I left. A perfectly acceptable shopping experience, I would shop here again, unless the price was drastically lower somewhere else, but there was nothing to write home to mom about.

Good price and nice customer service with Best Buy.

The ability to connect printers, mouse, etc is challenging. The fact that port sizes on the side are different requires a connector that doesn’t fit well. Also-downloading or viewing photos says it’s using excessive memory.

Regretting my purchase and wish I would have gone with the surface. MacBooks just work differently and not user friendly

Really disappointed, just bought this product and literally my phone was 1/2 inch from screen and it broke the screen. My MacBook Pro wasn’t this flimsy. I’ll buy a pro next time and not the air.

Good for casual internet browsing and email. Not good for doing lots of complicated tasks or having too many applications on at once. Would recommend a faster device for complex workflows.

BestBuy sold me this Geek Squad certified Mac in July 2021 with Apple's "Find My" from previous owner still active. There is screen flicker and still in the manufacturer warranty's period, but I can't reset the Mac. I took it to local Geek Squad and they gave me the run around - that it was online and I need to call an 800 number, and go to Apple etc. I am surprised that Geek Squad does not know how "Find My" works. This was a goof up and an oversight from BestBuy/GeekSquad. Right now the they took the device to wipe it. Some Mac expert in the team thought that it was possible to reset. I have not been able to. Let us see how they handle it. They will lose a customer for life if this won't be handled. And please don't trust Geek Squad certified branding.

Superb sales person. Very informative. Excellent display and options to buy. I rather buy Apple products at Best Buy than anywhere else. Excellent rating.

First time mac user...its okay. Seems slow and complicated response in the touchpad... i hope the experience gets better as i learn how to operate the MAC ios.

These new MacBooks ONLY work with ONE external display. If you need to connect two external monitors to your laptop, then this is NOT the one you should be looking for.

The product is awesome the delivery and wait time from when I was supposed to get and the time I got was awful.

Overrated as all Apple products are. My daughter needed a new laptop to start college. Would have rather gotten her a Microsoft Surface but....
