Someone broke into my and Used my stolen credit card to purchase two of these. No signature or checking if I’d. It’s been a mess

Product is great but that has nothing to do with bestbuy. Literally sat in front of the laptop I was getting asking for help for over 45 mins before one of the lazy salesmen finally decided to show up. Took forever to check out and had multiple issues. Also, even after I said please don’t try to sell me anything else I’m in a rush, the sales man literally tried to sell me 10 things before he would just ring me up and let me leave

It’s an awesome laptop but I only give 3 stars because of its price. It’s almost same as a MacBook Pro w/ same configuration and same features.

I love my MacBook. I’m just disappointed with the battery life. It advertised 18 hours but I only seem to get an average of 7-9.

This machine only has 2 Thunderbolt ports, no USB, etc. Hard to hook accessories up to, and when I migrated my old MacAir files, it would not connect to the internet through either of my WiFi systems, Apple and BestBuy had no fixes for it, so I had to return it the next day.

This is a great computer if your needs are fairly basic. I tried running Logic Pro and it quickly started overclocking.

I was hoping for a smoother experience coming from PC. It's good enough, but Apple is Apple, the cost never justifies the actual hardware.

Not reddy for release. Still buggy. I would recommend it buy give it a few months. I had a hard time restoring it to factory reset.

My device was stolen so I didn't get much use of it. I dont know how to retrieve it or track it down.

Good product overview by sales person. Misleading info regarding use of rewards for use of choosing to open a credit card.

Seems to glitch and freeze on a screen when opening gaming apps. Just purchased this month

It’s good but the description is a lie it’s not the latest model it’s a 2020 model.

Nice laptop but it is so complicated to install. Nightmare

This new MacBook replaces the one I bought 30 months ago. The "old" one ran out of memory and I was advised that it could not have internal memory installed. The solution I chose was to purchase a new MacBook. It does many things I do NOT do what I want to do. I am very disappointed in it and your service

Item was defective. Picture blinks in and out; cursor will disappear and become inoperative; bluetooth is sporadic; zoom projections will randomly stop mirroring screen. Apple reloaded all software and determined it was a hardware issue.

It took 5+ minutes to load a one-page pdf. Restarting the computer solved the problem for a day, then it reverted to the issue. Microsoft Office ran incredibly slow and the system would freeze regularly. We had to return it after a week it was so bad.

Good buy,but soon as my son opened it a key fell off the keyboard.

it works fine but it is too expensive. lower the price.

coming off the pro I couldn't be more disappointed! I was told by the store keep that both the m1 processor and the battery were top notch. I do zero gaming so don't see any difference in the chip and this battery dies within the 12 hour day EVERY DAY! not even my phone accomplishes that tiny feat...

Bought it and returned for the pro, not bad just not what we wanted
