I went with the M1 processor over Intel because of the good reviews. Only negative is compatible apps...I know within time everyone else will catch up.

The keyboard is comfortable. It’s responsive. The screen is sharp. It’s light weight. The bar on the bottom of the screen is useful and makes finding things easy. I’ve only had it for a few weeks so am still learning. It was easy to connect it to my printer. The only negative is that the finish is very easily scratched.

Fast, Reliable Machine with Great Keyboard

It's just simply fast, no lagging on heavy Excel spread sheets. Even with apps that need Rosetta 2 (e.g., Dropbox app), it runs so fast. Display is great. And what I appreciate most on this laptop is the fact that it has Magic keyboard instead of the infamous Butterfly keyboard. And this macbook air has no touch bar, which is a big plus for me. I have no complaint.

He was personable and very well informed and patient with my non-techie self. I will request an appointment with him when I get Microsoft word and any other needs because he is a great communicator.

Gradually through the years, I have scaled size from 28", then 21.5". I finally made the leap to a laptop and am so glad I did! This MacBook Air M1 meets my needs and more. There isn't anything I don't like. Why did I wait so long? I know, Apple M1 chip makes all the difference. It's fast, powerful, quiet. The MacBook Air is a beautiful workhorse.
