I do NOT miss the fan noise...

Far cry from the (failed) 12" MacBook - this one is a keeper. My choice was between this one and a Dell XPS13 at almost double the price (albeit with double RAM). Who knew that fan noise would be the deal breaker?

Fabulous with one disappointment

My first new Mac in 6 years! The only disappointment, which may stem from my lack of skill, was the promise in the instructions of being able to use all my iPhone and iPad apps on the M1 Mac Air. No instructions are offered officially on how to do this and I am deeply disappointed.

They did not sway me but gave me full info on all laptops. I made the choice to purchase a MacBook and so far I am very happy with my choice. A bit of a learning curve from Windows based but worth it. The ease of use being able to sync all apple devices is a big asset.
