As with all Apples, ease of use is the best quality. A big upgrade from my surface, and 8gb of ram with the Apple processor feels like 16 gb with an intel.

Very happy. It was purchased as an open box, Mac Book Air, 512 GB, M chip. This is my first Mac, but I'm a dedicated Apple buyer. This laptop did not disappoint. I love it and it has lots of tricks and things that are just unique to Apple. I would definitely would love to see a touch screen in ALL Mac products, since I came from an older iPad Pro 12.9. I still love it, but there is a time and place for both products. Also, it would be awesome to have more media in/outputs, but again, there is nothing that even comes close to this standard, but amazing Apple MacBook.

Small, picture is amazingly crisp, speakers sound good, great purchase so far. It’s a little different getting used to MAC vs windows OS. It boots up quickly.

Very nice laptop. Comes with their version of Office, which saved our having to buy a separate package, has plenty of memory, the M1 chip, quality casing, and easy to transport.

I have been very pleased with my MacBook Air. I have never owned an apple product. I have always been PC person. But this has been a dream and I am learning it quite quickly.

Love my new Air! It replaced my original Air that is no longer able to get software updates. The new one is much faster and the screen is so much better.

I researched This laptop for 2 months And I got a really good price I'm very happy I hope it continues to do what I use it for like editing and music producing.

amazing value, got this for my wife while I purchased the asus g15 for me. Her battery and performance on battery smokes mine (as does the build quality).

This Mac air M1, (2020) Holds up just as good as the MacBook Pro, but not as expensive. Prefer this one actually. The performance, the overall feel.. Pretty Groovy.

I really like my MacBook Air 2020 with the Apple M1 chip 256GB! I found one fault with the first one I bought open box - the screen seemed to have air bubbles under it. At first, I thought I did something to ruin it! But, as time went by the problem only got worse. I wiped it with a dry microfiber cloth and the "air bubbles" disappeared, but only for a while. So, I returned it. I got another open box excellent certified, this time. Same issue, and it seemed to get worse as the days went by. I became so frustrated. I returned it and bought a brand new one, different color, 512GB this time. I don't believe the "air bubbles" are normal. I'm watching this closely and if it too has it, I'm returning it. I don't wanna be the picky guy, but I dropped a pretty penny on it and it better be perfect!

What can I say about this laptop. Love love love it. Very fast and can handle pretty much anything you throw at it. Love the fingerprint option to login. Solid buy.

QUALITY AND SPEED! Man what an upgrade this laptop is from my 2012 MacBook Pro. Great OS, great performance when running multiple windows and great connectivity w/ other Apple devices.

Impressive, coming from PC to MAC for the first time I am so sad I did not come over before, my real estate work got got a lot simpler and this MAC is faster than I can think

So glad I went with the MacBook Air! It’s perfectly portable and easy to use. It was easy to transfer everything my from my older MacBook and the 512 GB was definitely needed.

I've replaced my Macbook Air 2014 for this new 2021 Macbook Air, this upgrade is terrific... I really hope to be able to use for 7 years, and it seems very likely.

There were some issues with the transfer of data from an existing MacBook Air. Online support was no help in resolving the problem. When I took the laptop to the Apple Store, we were able to resolve the issues after considerable trial and error tries. Once the new MacBook Air was properly started, it has been running smoothly with no performance issues.

This is my second Mac laptop. I find it to be user friendly and the processor is faster than my previous MacBook Pro. Very happy with my purchase.

Love this M1 for my wife. She upgraded older Air from 6 years ago, and kept running out of memory. the 500gb harddrive and memory upgrades are awesome. The M1 chip is so fast.
