I knew what I wanted and was able to find the product in a nearby Best Buy store! I shopped online, picked up in the store. Quick, easy and done in about 1 hour!

Love it! It replaced my old Mac which was 10 years old. Everything is easy to use. Very much appreciated the great setup service from the Geek Squad.

I was expecting a not very smooth performance with Intel based applications but it was not the case. Other than that, this computer met my expectations of performance.

this was the 3rd MacBook and unfortunately it will be coming back but due to no fault of BB. Apple is changing OS and they have done a horrible job of educating the public about potential problems in moving data from the old device to the new and wasted a horrible amount of my time and Lowes' time. I made an error when I ordered the wrong color so that was returned unopened. The third Mac does not appear to be any faster than the old mac and even though both has the same OS, I have problems with the hard drives working with the 3rd Mac so back it very likely will be coming. Blame Apple. I do.

Excellent upgrade replacing intel processor with Apple MI. Screen and sound are upgrades and so is battery charge.

That’s the best laptop I ever had. Sooo fast. The audio quality is amazing and loud. Battery lasts forever. love it.

Very convenient easy to use and very fast processor. We trust this quality very much, already own I phone and Apple watch. It works great for school, reading or work.

Nice little laptop. I hooked it up to my TCL 32"tv via hdmi and now I can see the screen. My only wish would be to have a larger screen option, 15" ? This one is nice and compact. I have an older 15" power macbook. That size is perfect for me. Con's, lack of plugs. You need to buy a separate hub that will power all your peripherals.

I love Apple products! This is an awesome laptop, I would expect nothing less from Apple. Really fast and a nice upgrade from my wife's 2013 macbook pro.
