Was not a fan until now.

Had fabulous service which I’ve never had before. Your team was exceptional! Had a really bad experience 6 months prior. Told my self never shop there. But your team Barrett and I can’t think of the other salesman went above and beyond. I will come back and shop there and tell all my friends.

MacBook Air - a good choice

Switching from MacBook Pro Sierra to MacBook Air Big Sur has gone well with all data surviving the change. Having a Big Sur operational system is a step up and there have been no surprises with the laptop. The salesman at Best Buy knew his product well and was able to answer all my questions before the order was made.

There should have been something to indicate an add-on device would be needed. It was nice to upgrade after 11 years..
