Made the move from PC to Mac. No regrets. Phones and tablets are all apple so not a huge learning curve.

Battery will not hold a charge. Have to send it in to Apple because even the Apple Store will not change it…. Brand new computer…. I love MAC’s but this is ridiculous having a new computer and haven’t even made a payment yet… Not a happy purchaser. Although with the chip it is very speedy compared to the old MAC’s. Not feeling very comfortable with this machine…

The only thing this is missing is a touch screen, but otherwise is a solid computer, helpful for everything we were looking for.

The Mac is a new product line for me...I was hesitant to try and learn to use an Apple product. It has been a steep learning curve since I only used HP PCs for twenty years. I would have very much appreciated having the salesman explain more to me before I bought it. I was very distressed when a Geek Squad tech did very little to help me with it---after the salesman who sold me the Mac assured me that Geek Squad would help with any questions I had.... It turned out that the Geek Squad tech had a VERY negative attitude toward Apple products and did NOT really want to help me learn my new MacBook Air.

I love it, Best Buy employees were very nice and respectful, and got the job done during this hard time, plus the Mac is great !!
