Apple does not make it easy to download and then transfer material from old computer to new computer. After hours on the phone with Apple had to hire a Geek to fix it.

The m1 MacBook air is a great 13inch laptop probably one of the best. I would definitely recommend it to a friend, but would advise at least the 512gb option.

Good for now. I dislike the updates on plugs and wires and I kind of struggle with using Microsoft office. Still learning this stuff but it’s looks nice.

The only reason I gave 4stars is because it is not as intuitive as they say. I will keep working on it. I have an iPhone and a iPad. Very tempting to use those.

This M1 MacBook Air is good but slowed down a bit more than I wanted after a few minutes of ownership. The speaker also don't sound that great.

Mostly easy to set up. Transferring data from old desktop Mac was hardest part. I like the embedded voice assistant and tips to help.

So far so good. I'm having a tough time getting used to the Trackpad, but that's probably my problem -- not the computer's.

Samsung makes good TVs, but not this one. After 22 months of use several hours per week, the screen developed black splotches and the power started cycling on and off. I probably got a bad early model. But repairs exceed the cost of a new TV, which will not be a Samsung.

It’s good for school and if you are going to do any picture or video editing. A little overpriced but i bought it on sale.

Awesome but I ended up returning because I wanted the better RAM, Definitely get 16gb ram!

Always a great product from Apple. A little smaller than my first MacBook Air, but still something you should upgrade too.

I am a solid Mac user, but Macbook Pro with M1 chip purchased 1/21 continually drops my WiFi connection. I need to be within 6 feet of the Gateway in order to get Wifi. Once established, I can move to other room 15 feet away and work for a short time and again the WiFi is dropped by the mac. Other older Mac’s work great. Wifi provider speed is great. Shutting down this Mac is a challenge as shut down is continually interrupted by Alert Log in Window and I have got force quit programs I have used. When starting up the Mac, Webroot popping up on the screen. I need to wait for it to pop up before I can continue using the Mac. I have been in touch with a few Geek Squad techs and no one can solve the problem. I am wondering if it is Big Sur or the M1 chip? Really not happy with this mac.

It’s good. We always get free 3-4 months of subscription music, TV when buy the apple products.
