I just purchased this and hope it is even better than my previous Air Apple pcs are excellent products and very user friendly

Item was in delivered in great condition. Had some issues regarding delivery and changing of address, otherwise all was good.

Apple products are simply good and durable. Mac air is always a good option-it does most things you need to do as a student.

If I had to say something nice about this laptop, it's get amazing, outstanding, superb quality speakers. I've never heard such beautiful sound from a laptop before. But... The operating system is awful. I tried to get used to the keyboard shortcuts for this and that. Biggest complaints: -I had to buy a 3rd party app to change the resolution, which was otherwise seemingly very low. -Switching between multiple windows in an app is a pain in the rear, even with the right keyboard shortcuts. -Cmd+Tab to switch windows is too close to Cmd+Q to quit app and too often I would hit the wrong one accidentally quitting an app. -Google Chrome on open did not typically show my start-up pages, it would only work if I Cmd+Q to quit the running instance. If I just closed the window it would not work. -The "taskbar/launchbar equivalent" down the bottom is just not as functional as Windows. I can't hover over an app and see open windows it has for example. It's just not for me.

Great laptop ….hate that it limited on what kind of connections you can use without buying an adapter.

havent yet used to comment. Looks good as any apple product. Will be using it in the coming weeks once i have time

So far I’ve been very pleased with my purchase - I’m just struggling to switch over to an apple.

I bought a new Mac Air to replace my old one. It takes some getting used to. The Geek squad was not very informative.

Looks amazing but not the best value for the price. But the new m1 chip is great.

Love it and it’s cross device capabilities recommended for everything business

If I could get Geek squad to transfer my data from my other customer I would be happy

New to Apple — I do have an iPhone but computer is different! Lots to learn! Glad I got the Total Tech Support!

It’s not my favorite because I think the pro model would’ve given me more power but overall good laptop

There are still 'lots' of 'things' that don't work smoothly on the new MacBook Air. It's VERY FRUSTRATING to me!

Works how it great, no problems except for connection issues with printer.
