    overall an ok experience purchased online, Wanted the gold color but mistakenly ordered silver. When I tried to exchange the unopened box they were going to charge me the non-discounted price which I declined. Why???

    In general, I'm happy with this little computer. HOWEVER, I'm already having issues with the monitor suddenly going all gray for no obvious reason I have found. wishing I had paid for AppleCare on this one. considering I've had it for less than 6 months, I'm disappointed.

    When picking up computer tried to add warranty They couldnt so i had to get refund and charged again to get warranty It was a mess an the girl helping me had a attitude
