The keys on the older model were all jacked up and was really difficult to operate any longer. Hopefully the key issue with the newer model has been resolved. I use this on a daily basis and spend a lot of time on it for both work and personal use, so it really gets used a lot. An added bonus, it was on sale, which was great. What more can I say, great purchase, great price.
