This new MacBook Pro is an excellent machine. The operating system runs so smoothly as I've come to expect and love with Apple products. My only minor complaint, and this is my fault for not researching more ahead of time, is that the M1 chip only allows for video support to display to one external monitor, whereas past Intel chips have allowed for support to dual external monitors.

my wife had a very old MAC. I swear she loves this computer more than me ( just kidding). She is very impress by the speed and multi-task this laptop has.

Battery time is much better than the older model with Core i5. I am very happy with this laptop. I would recommend this laptop to my friends and family.

Improved battery life. Keyboard much better than the previous butterfly keys. Open Box Buys are a great deal. Support your brick and mortar stores!

I love it!! Fast and easy to operate . Battery last long time. Disappointed in delivery, I was supposed to sign for it but was left outside my back gate.

This was my first Macbook and I love it. It's easy to use and allows me to complete tasks that I cannot on my windows computer.

First time user from windows to mac book. I will say this one is alot smaller than expected and super lightweight. I do enjoy this so far. The only thing I can say it reminds me too much of a phone and I am not liking the similarities between this and a regular iphone. But so far so good !

This was a gift for my son's girlfriend. She loves the speed of the M1 chip. "This baby cooks", she says. I am waiting for someone to upgrade mine. LOL

I bought this Mac new at Best Buy.com but they gave me a used one and they passed for a new one, I even pay for Apple insurance and every time I go to Apple for repair they say that the insurance do not covered I went to get a new charger and they say that the charger was not an Apple charger and they can not give me another and now I took it because it had a black screen and they say that the battery is not an Apple battery they sold me something that was used for new and when I took the charger to the terminal market the manager was so nasty about it. I pay for insurance for nothing because they can not repaired because it has parts that are not for Apple . Sold me and used computer and I pay for a new one do not buy in best buy
