I bought this Mac new at Best Buy.com but they gave me a used one and they passed for a new one, I even pay for Apple insurance and every time I go to Apple for repair they say that the insurance do not covered I went to get a new charger and they say that the charger was not an Apple charger and they can not give me another and now I took it because it had a black screen and they say that the battery is not an Apple battery they sold me something that was used for new and when I took the charger to the terminal market the manager was so nasty about it. I pay for insurance for nothing because they can not repaired because it has parts that are not for Apple . Sold me and used computer and I pay for a new one do not buy in best buy

It was fast and good experience at the store. The sales associate was knowledgeable and recommended other product go along with the laptop.

great laptop only downside is no usb port or hdmi which is fustrating but otherwise love the laptop

Great battery compared to my 16 inch intel i9 machine. Gifted to someone about to start college, should last them years ahead

Love my new MacBook! With the new M1 chip, I noticed a much faster processor compared to my old one. Will work out great for graduate school!

I've been a huge apple fan for a long time but I've always been on the fence about getting a MacBook as I've used windows my whole life. I finally decided to just give it a try after trying out my friends MacBook Pro about 3 months ago and I have to say this has to be one of the best laptops I've ever owned (And I've had a lot) all I can say is that I believe the MacBook Pro 13.3" to be hands down one of the best purchases I've ever made and if you are debating getting one take my advice and just do it! you won't regret it!
