Great laptop for the price. Light weight and can handle all my daily use!

Amazing form factor. This laptop is FAST too. I can tell the difference in loading web pages and navigating through apps. Not too heavy and it's very thin... looks like an ipad. I was skeptical about the touch bar, but it is incredibly smooth and really hepls when navigating through different apps including DJAY where it displays the most used functions. Overall I love this thing! Perfect laptop.

Honestly really good computer get my work done good on battery and really portable.

This is my first time owning a MacBook, In the past I've been a windows user but I am so glad that I switched because my new Mac is perfect! The size is great to slip into my backpack and the accessibility is easy. it is easy to use especially since I'm making music! 10/10 recommend! plus the Touch Bar is cool and easy also you can add a cute little digital emoji to the Touch Bar I'm in love!

I had to replace a MacBook Air (Intel based) that had milk spill into it. I needed a newer unit anyways. The M1 based MacBook runs faster, doesn’t get hot, is compatible with a bunch of things, seems to run all of the software. It’s an excellent unit. Very please with it. The Pro seems slightly better than the Air.

Took a little while to get used to Apple since I have only every used Window products. I still am learning a lot about it, but it seems to get the job done. I needed a portable, quick starting laptop that was reasonably affordable with a long lasting battery. I was satisfied with the purchase.

Love love love my Mac, pretty portable yet super powerful, does all complex processes that’s required with my job, doesn’t lag/glitch despite multiple apps/windows are open and processing simultaneously, the display is absolutely gorgeous and stunning, best of all the battery and the overall elegance of the device!!!

My old MacBook decided to die on me, and while I was not expecting to upgrade this fell into my life and I am so glad it did. it is crazy fast and the display is amazing. I never had a Touch Bar before but it is a game changer. the M1 chip was worth the upgrade. highly recommend if you need a new MacBook.

This is the best Mac out there for the price, I’ve had this for about 8 months and It works like a dream and I didn’t have an issue with the screen size like I had originally thought. I use mine for 8-9 hours a day and will have to end up charging it once daily but I consider that pretty standard. If I only use it for a couple hours a day the charge lasts me like a week.

I'm not a big Apple fan, but I recently bought a Macbook pro and it's amazing! The battery life is fantastic and the size is perfect. I can type on it comfortably and quickly. This laptop is beautiful. I bought it solely to write because I am a writer. But once I started messing with camera and seeing the quality it really boosted my desire to want to share my experience digitally. All the features it has to offer at the push or swipe of a button is beautiful. A must have for a on the go creator.

Very pleased with this MacBook Pro with M1 chip. It's fast, has a great feel, and looks sweet. It's really comfortable when using and works well with my other stuff like mirroring to my TV. I'm impressed and would highly recommend this laptop for overall daily use. It's really nice. Go for it.

So, I am "not a Mac person". About 90% of the reason that I got this was so that I could use it to take screen shots and make tutorials for students who take my classes (the other 10% is because I like computer hardware and wanted to see the M1 chip). I did get it open-box for cheaper than I would have found a current Macbook Air (and it was in perfect condition). Despite my general preference for Windows, this has become my go-to for emails and web browsing when I am not at home. This is for a few reasons: +Battery life. This is the real thing. I know that when I grab this laptop, it will still have a charge and be able to do whatever I need. The battery life is probably the best I have had on any laptop. +Touch ID is so much better than anything Windows currently has for authentication, so quick sign-ins are a breeze (which is usually something I want when I am having to work outside of my house especially) +Excellent build quality. It just feels nice and solid, which is good for a computer you may touch a lot. Apple always tends to win on build quality. Now, there are some reasons that I still carry my Windows laptop when I go places that I know I may need some actual computing. -Visual Studio is a bit lacking. This is very specific to C++ in Visual Studio, so probably is not an issue for most people. And at least its better than the Chomebook. -Some "advanced" tasks are a bit more complicated when compared to Windows. Creating HTML files from a plain text document is far more complicated than it needs to be. -Games. When I get some spare time I do occasionally like to play a game. Macs are not compatible with all games that I play. This particular hardware is also not really designed around gaming, but neither is my other laptop that I am comparing to. -File management. In my opinion this is just a nightmare on MacOS compared to Windows. -No touch screen/stylus support. Overall, I was expecting to use this for some tutorials and then let it sit around until those tutorials needed updates each semester. Instead it has become a commonly used device outside of my house (sorry Apple, still no comparison to my desktop). It is a fantastic general purpose and business laptop. It would probably completely replace my Windows laptop if it was a bit better for my odd use-cases; but most people don't need those things! Macs are designed to be easy-to-use and this excels at that. There are a few areas (file management) where this can become more of a hinderance than a benefit though because it impacts the actual usefulness. With the performance of the M1 chip, these new Macbooks are also a good value! That is not something I can say of Apple products very often. I am sure there will be some hardware/software growing pains with this new architecture, so be sure to check compatibility of any software you rely on first! But so far it has been pretty good for me. Though I thought I would never say this, I would recommend this product for certain people.

Had a MacBook Air and loved it! I've always wanted a MacBook Pro and decided it was time to upgrade! So glad I did! It's super fast! The M1 Chip is a game changer! The battery life is impressive! Purchased this during a week it was on sale! If you are considering a MacBook Pro, do it! You won't regret it!

Used it for college and was great. Maybe it’s just me but even when having low and bad WiFi speeds the Mac loaded quickly for anything and of course it being able to connect to my phone is always something that is a major bonus
