    While the transition to any new ‘computer’ requires many moving parts, Best Buy/Geek Squad has made the process smooth and successful. Regarding Apple - with the M1 chip Macbook Pro - what were they thinking to remove all ‘ports’, requiring at least 1 external usb-c device (I need 2) to connect peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, external monitor.
