I’ve always had pc’s. This is my 1st Mac and I like it a lot. I’ve had iPhones and iPads for years, so getting the best of both worlds is nice! I’m a little surprised that some of the popular apps, like Netflix and Disney are not in the Mac App Store?

I like my new 13 inch but it ran way too hot - fan was always running during medium intensive tasks like zoom and FaceTime calls which drove me crazy

After a couple months got a redirect virus when opening safari and chrome. Expect this from a windows but not a Mac

It is a wonderful laptop. High Tech, does all I need for home and work at 3 different jobs. I love the lighted keypad and the touchscreen top row on the keyboard. It is so cool. I also like that it syncs with my iPhone and my iPad and is very convenient

very skeptical of a Mac (Window die hard user here), but after the first shock, I am getting used to it and thought about its stability versus two brand new (13 months old windows) laptops that died on me for the last 3 months, losing tons of data. Hey, I can get used to this.

I like the nice powerful chip. Just an awesome laptop and easily withstands my workflow. Just recommend buying an external for extra storage.

This is apple, I don’t need to say more but I just can’t keep it to myself. They (apple) make the very best small electronic on the market. Apple products holds the value. The life of a apple product is very gratifying. Piece of mind. Apple products work overtime.

This is the 4th or 5th computer my family has purchased through Best Buy. Open box, it was in excellent condition. No issues. Definitely a value for your dollar, especially when buying such expensive Apple Products.

I really enjoyed the touch bar at the top of the keyboard. It’s a good computer but it is a little hard to use.

Great computer. Easy to use. I find it freezes sometimes so I have to shut it down and restart it when I am hooked to a hotspot for internet.

My daughter really enjoy using her new MacBook, she's looking forward to starting her college courses with the help of her MacBook. She now has everything Apple and the MacBook is by far her favorite. I hope this was a good investment for it should last her whole college career.

Awesome laptop great speed. My only gripe is the keyboard is kind of flat and it bothers to type long papers.

I had some problems in the beginning with creating a password, it said it was incorrect but I know it was so I ended up taking it to Apple and they had to send me a new computer because they couldn’t fix the problem we were dealing with because of the M1 chip. Everything‘s fine now it’s perfect.

Purchased a new Mac Book Pro from Darian at the Fayetteville AR store. He was wonderful. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Left my computer for the Geek Squad to set it up. Brent was also great. Very pleased with my shopping experience!

I'm a fan boy from Apple. I have an iPhone XS Max, an Apple Watch 5 series & this MacBook. I will use the MacBook to create and edit videos to my Instagram account. I have a windows notebook and is a little different use the MacBook. The best from Apple is the support. I very happy.

Since I am transferring from a regular pc to a MacBook the platform is different and there is a learning curve. There are some features that I have not figured out yet in regard to Microsoft word and excel but all in all I love my new laptop.

So far I have had good responses with this computer, I am able to download things (photos, etc.), and I have maybe a couple of things to ask questions about, but I already have an appt to bring it in and ask questions next week.

First Time owning a Mac Laptop and I really like its performance. I was impressed with the introduction and knowledge base that the Best Buy Associate Nati gave explaining all the wonderful features and the best laptop to consider for my personal needs.
