This is my first laptop I’ve ever owned but it’s great! The only thing is not a lot of apps are available because of the new apple Silicone. But if you only use it for Zoom ,light Room , and Microsoft apps it works great.

Purchased this for son in college. He absolutely loves it! It has everything he needs for his classes. Great quality! Highly recommend for high school and college students.

I loving the MacBook Pro I have had no problems with it so far. Takes a little use to if your switching from windows to iOS.but essentially got it for schooling but I give it 10 out of 10 2 thumbs up.

A great laptop ... if you’re a Mac user and aren’t converting from a PC. I had no problems with this laptop but had to return it as the user interface was just too new and tedious compared to a PC. I became frustrated in a matter of minutes trying to figure it out and found myself having to take 3 times the steps to do things than what it would take on a PC. I did give it a full 14 days to get used to it and just couldn’t bend to the world of Mac.

Best Product I have purchases this year. The touch we on the MacBook Pro is nothing but amazing! The customer service at best buy was definitely A+ as well as far as breaking down to me the differences between other Apple products.

This new technology is very impressive and further separates Apple from everyone else. After my old MacBook broke, I needed a new one. The M1 technology is impressive and will hopefully last for 9+ years like my last one…

I’m new to Apple but learning to navigate. Coming from Android I’m having to get use to apples system.

Love apple they are build to last for year without any problem worst every bit off your money lasts one I had last me 8 years ,not to machine any names the other laptop's I had would lasts me two years in I was lucky .

I wish that the screen was brighter. However I do like the Touch Bar and the storage compared to my Air.

MacBook Pro, no need to say more really. Replaced my last one that is 13 years old and still working just sluggish and won't update because it's so old. I love my computer.

I purchased the MacBook for my husband as an upgrade from his 2011 MacBook. I must say this was the best decision ever. So many has changed. It now comes with more memory and space. Definitely worth the purchase.

Overall a great experience. From breaking the plastic seal to removing the top. The overall quality is impeccable. I’ve had a my 2013 MacBook Pro for the longest and this was by far the best purchase I’ve made this year!!!

Very good laptop, nothing bad to say. You will have to mess with the settings a bit to really customize it to yourself, I recommend a YouTube video. It is much harder to navigate if not set to your preferences

This laptop was purchased for my college student. Apple products are the best and BEST BUY always come through with great sales and incentives. We are very please with our purchase

I have used PCs for decades so the thought of buying a MacBook was a bit scary. So far the change has been much easier than I expected. It’s hard for me to comment on the M1 processor because I have no previous Mac experience.

I like it it's faster then my old laptop and I can do more things on it I love it.
