Had all kinds of problems with this new M1 MBP...I and Apple support (3 regular Apple Support specialist and 2 Senior Apple Support specialists) couldn't even get the system to create a user account, the trackpad would randomly seize up and become non-responsive and force a reboot to wake it up. Spent a total 5 hours on the phone with Apple support and they even Apple could resolve the issues. After spending 5 hours of pure frustration Apple's only offer to remedy the situation was to mail it back to them so they could try and repair it. No offer to replace it they want to repair it. They want me to do more "work" to get a working system that should have worked in the first place. If this is how Apple support handles their customer I won't ever be buying another Apple product in my lifetime. I'm returning my brand new Apple M1 MBP and a brand new Apple M1 MBA and my brand new Apple Airpod Pros. Thanks for nothing Apple.

I like using it, however it does freeze up and needs to be restarted occasionally (which I don’t believe should be happening).

It’s great while you don’t do a lot of things together. Yesterday, I was watching something on Facebook and it shut down because the memory could not handle it

Saw the new model has ports! Hate how this model has no HDMI ports, but everything else is ok!

So far I love it so much! The only one thing was that I notice that the letter P in the keyboard was so difficult to press compared to the other ones

ive had a pc and a mac(book) but i prefer pc, mac is good for your standard computer uses but if you want more computing power, use a pc for the same price

MacBook 13'3 is doing well. However, it didnot meet my expectations. Still it is hanging a bit whenever I open more applications.

Great laptop but they want even more money just to get a HDMI port... when they were on the older macbook pros before. SUPER GREEDY MOVE

I have purchased this mac book pro for my programming. Apple M1 chip based softwares are not working still as compared to Intel chip based MAC book Pro.

I’ve been unable to use the laptop for the intended purpose due to the code for Microsoft 360 not being recognized. I also asked for a silver laptop and unfortunately the sales person gave me space grey. Maybe they didn’t have a silver one available so they did not want to lose the sale? This would not have been the case as I would have still made the purchase and have them ship it to me instead.

Love this computer, but wish it had built in HDMI port like the newer MacBook. Other than that, very nice unit and would buy again.

Good quality made product. All the bells and whistle’s. But surprise it’s not touch screen, with all the money that Apple chargers.

I love my MacBook Pro.... I am still learning as I go. This is my 1st experience with a Mac. I am loving it. It has not disappointed me.

Great to an extent that the power button/ Finger print scanner gets stuck when trying to press it in after 2 weeks.

I love my Mac, but when I start using it, it makes these buzzing noises and it’s brand new !
