Mac book computers although well built it is a garbage operating system i didnt buy it for me i bought it for a technology impaired person plus took forever for someone to even help

Didn't like the feel of it. Especially the Touch Bar. And it was a bit small for the size of the screen. But the new 16 inch m1 max MacBook Pro is awesome. I love it. I'd suggest getting that one instead.

Bad experience, laptop was scratch and it had a dead battery, dirty and the box was all ripped off. Even though the condition of the product was certified and i didn’t expect to be like that. What a ripped off best buy.

Since I’m getting use to the 16’ this one was kind of small for me to do all my work . When I split the page while I’m working I wasn’t able to see the other full page other than that it was working fine .

honestly don’t know what the hype is about, this laptop sucks. I couldn’t even run simple photoshop without it jump lagging my layers. No hard editing as well, still slow. My grandma on the way to BINGO is faster than this laptop

It is a little hard to use mac if you are used to windows. Overall the usage was good, not what I expected. Used Adobe Photoshop on it which was lagging on mac. On my 4 year old PC photoshop worked way better.

My first MacBook opposed to only using HP’s in the past. So far I don’t like it but I’m willing to give it some time to get use to operating.

I purchased Office 365 at the same time as the computer and have not been able to get it to show up with icon on my screen. Very frustrating! For the price, I’m a bit disappointed in the computer.

I used to love Macs but the current M1 chip has set it back. It's very glitchy compared to Intel predecessor. Anyone buying this may want to hold off until the get the kinks worked out.

Couldn't get reward points due to a non related issues; difficult getting through to Geek Squad each and every times. No senior discount. Young gentleman who waited on me was great.

So far; should have followed my mind and purchased brand new, for the money paid. Been having problems with the laptop since reception. Randomly reboots, and sporadic freezing while doing simple tasks (checking emails, messaging, etc). Poor investment choice for me with this purchase. In fairly great condition - physically, just what ever is going on internally - is what takes away from this experience and product for me.

I purchased an open box Mac Book and had to return it. It was not able to download updates or retain passwords. Be careful what you wish for you might get it. Reviews i mean.

I am happy with my original perches but it was surpost to come with three free digital down loads after wasting a lest half hour of frustrating efforts they were impossible to down load.

I bought this laptop for my sister and it restarts every 5-10 min. Tried to update everything but still same issue

The service wasn’t good. When I got my first email that it came in the lady was rude and didn’t wanna even go see where it was. The second time it was a little better.

Crashed in 15 months!. Crashed watching Apple TV..

It’s nothing too great. I mean for 1,199.99 it’s no super fancy good laptop. It’s just a regular laptop by any means.

The mac book is not as compatible with other systems and programs. I love using my mac but in terms of cross platform usability it is lacking a bit
