Laptop is fast and reliable. the bad of it is it only has two port. other than that is ok.

Computer is great. Not many current apps operate on the m1 yet but should be available soon. Hopefully.

My experience was bad. This is an expensive computer and it had a number of things wrong with it. I spent quite a lot of time on the phone with Apple in two different calls trying to get things to work, and they were not able to help. I don't expect to have to worry about "lemons" when spending over $1000 on a computer. I am aware that for some of your buyers that may not be a lot of money. For some of us, it is.

Being a first time Apple owner it is too early to make a determination on how the product performs.

Overall great laptop. Apple doesn't allow a dual monitor setup. I need that setup for work

Went to work and when i got back there was a small crack in the corner. Was in the same spot i left it and was perfectly fine before. No kids or pets that could have damaged it. After a week, the screen went black. Luckily i was able to have it plugged into a monitor so i could continue working with it

For this being a Mac the computer glitches a lot and have to constantly restart it

Many of my emails are going to junk mail with this Big Sur software including Best Buy. I've been working with Apple for 2 weeks and it still isn't repaired. Mine is an AOL email address. Not all emails, just 4 companies. Also a spreadsheet in Numbers just disappeared. The MacBook itself is ok but the OS is not good.

This has been a great system. I have always been a Windows user and from now on I will be a MacOS user. This M1 system has been great in the 3 years I've had it. Only one issue is that the Touch Bar doesn't always want to work and a few issues with the most recent MacOS update. The touch bar will work after a few restarts, but generally speaking it doesn't harm the use of the system at all. I just have to make sure when I am typing I don't hit the touchbar as the functionality is still there, I just can't see it. But overall it still does what I need it to do. Spreadsheets, surfing the internet or watching videos and listening to music, it is the real deal. If I had a Windows system, it would be at the point of needing to be replaced, but this MacBookPro still acts like it did the day I bought it over 3 years ago. I seriously think it will last me another 3 years easy, although by then I'll probably have already upgraded to whatever the current M chip is. Do yourself a favor and buy a MacBook Pro if you are able to, you won't regret it
