Not all I thought it was. Bad choice- Screen to small and hurts my eyes after working 3 hours. Good choice -Small and compact and easy to travel with in your bag for short term use. WANT my MONEY BACK to buy a regular lap top

MacBook blocks you from doing so much, games, apps, streaming services. They hold grudges with other companies and keep their customers from using their computer how they want I recommend windows computers only

it fast but none of my stuff will work with it even when I asked apple they told me it would be comparable so now I'm stuck wish id got something different

My Wi-Fi not working as should. Over all it is OK.

I got this MacBook Pro for College in 2021 and have used this MacBook for going on 4 years soon, This an amazing laptop for college, work and casual use. Not only that but also as a Travel laptop, it is amazing and convenient to bring on trips or work trips even. I can connect to my iCloud account and access my iPhones pictures, messages and FaceTime log, and also use my laptop to send iMessages and FaceTime through it. All in all, this laptop is an amazing machine and my first MacBook Pro. My fiancee has been using it more than me as of late, since I graduated and she is now in college. So I had to get a new MacBook. But this MacBook I recommend to anyone.

This was by far the WORST laptop I have ever owned. I love my Apple I phone but this thing runs out of space every 5 seconds (photographer here) even with 256 gigs of additional space it still somehow fills up with minimal photos. I save everything in an external hard drive and delete it from the computer but the computer is extremely slow. I have to restart it all the time to get it to work. It freezes completely on me all the time. I am so bummed about this purchase. $900 down the drain, I’m buying a new one.

I love it, it’s very fast and efficient. The battery life is amazing, if you’re a college student who likes these extra programs this would be the best one.

the amount of adapters needed to attach external devices (keyboards mouse ect..) is ridiculous. I had to get this for school per instructions. I am limited to 1 external monitor even though older MacBooks can support more (this is with adapters). although it seems overkill, I use 3 monitors in order to stay organized while I'm working with 5+ programs at once. I will be selling this once classes are over and looking at alternative options.

The worst You guys are selling macbook says new but it wasnt The plastic cover inside are dirty and when i open it up it taking me to recovery mode Ill return thus 1st day in the morning

Unfortunately the new M1's have issues when connected to external monitors. They have kernel panics and crash at random. I tried different monitors and connections and nothing worked. Returned it.

I actually ended up returning this laptop. It was beautiful and there wasn't anything wrong with it really. Im just not an apple/mac user and couldn't figure how to do anything on that thing.

my computer stil lost and nobody is giving me an answer. you guys print a label with out apartment number , the computer was delivered by On tract but at this point i Dont know where, i spoke to on-tract and their explain : we get the computer with you mailing address WITHOUT apartment number so , our driver delivered to this mailing address. i need everything cancel immediately, cancel the credit card as well, I Dont want NOTHING from you guys anymore. i'm very disappointment , i the more affected with you negligence.

I had it for a year and a couple months. One day the screen went black and wouldn’t come on. I tried everything I could. Took it back to Best Buy and they said the entire display needed replaced and they’d never seen it happen before. Took it to the apple store. Same thing said. They’d never seen a Mac do that before. I only used the laptop every once in a while and it was $1300 and they want $600 to replace the screen.

Hate it! No USB ports, yes you can buy the adapter but why do I always have to buy something else to use a apple product

I drove an hour to get to the store to buy the laptop then I drove another hour driving back. Then I spent 2 days more than 8-10 hour on call with apple customer care, and they din't know why laptop won't work Then again I took it back to best buy to return and spent half an hour standing in front of the customer desk to return. They did not enter right information for the laptop, so they want searching, then they asked to open it multiple times which is the issue. My experience : Disappointed

Went in store to our purchase this laptop. Claimed it would arrive on the 25. My niece, who was the delegate, went into the store for clarification and claimed it’s coming next month. The woman at the register was unprofessional and gave no specification regarding delivery nor returns. Not the best place to place an order for items to be picked up in store. Especially Apple products. I was expecting a little difference in services since I’m an elite plus member.

I do not like this laptop. I do not like the new connectors and power supply. I would get something else.
