I’m just not that happy with this laptop edd add pecoally for the money.

BESTBUY misled me into purchasing this computer. They told me I would be able to hookup multiple monitors and this computer does not support that. Now, the BB website says I am out of my return window. Trying to contact BESTBUY now and have been on hold for 20 minutes, without yet speaking to anyone. Thanks guys...really solid

For the first M1 with 8gb memory I was very surprised how fast and seamless it was. Ran Adobe Premier Pro, scrubbing zero issues even when filmed in 4K. Awesome! Also love how it's not too big or too small. Pretty much what I need in a laptop. 3 years later and it runs the same as day 1.

Charger was missing on the box. Can't exchange nor replace the missing part. The manager on shift did not even extend help or gave options and just simply said we can't, I can't. Poor management decision making. No apologies at all

Bought a new MaxBook Pro and Microsoft Office and was unable to get the Office loaded and running. Got no help from the Geek Squad to help get it loaded. I was just told that I couldn’t return software and given a # for Microsoft. # was wrong.

Do not buy this model, have had to swap out two times for same issue, and am screwed now because I’m past the 14 day return policy of Best Buy. Should not have to send a brand new product off to Apple for repair.. ridiculous. Extremely disappointed. Last Apple product for me.

i have had it for 4 years and it’s still great! i have just used it for school and basic stuff nothing crazy and it’s worked perfect for my needs. my mom has had to use it as well and she has a harder time with technology and has an easy time using it also! facetime and imessage runs smoothly with most of the other apps. battery seems to last a while

Apple is either blazing a path to an ARM powered future or is repeating past mistakes. Rosetta 2 isn’t sufficient for native functioning devices and Apple doesn’t quite have the desktop/laptop fan base prior to Power Mac Waste Bin and Butterfly Switch Nightmarebook Pro.

Extremely dissatisfied with this laptop and it's compatibility issues. I did plenty of research and thought I would be ok. Turns out, less than a month after purchasing I am unable to return this item and buy an intel-based model. I wish someone could help!

laptop is pretty good and fast. I haven't had any issues with it. battery life has been great.

Support center no help after waiting on phone for thirty mins and then get told I have to transfer you to technical department and just wait in hold for another twenty mins then wasn’t no help still don’t have the emails to download as purchased.

Best Buy is trash. Save your money and do business elsewhere. They will not honor their word and will give you the run around till you are outside of your return window then you will be told sorry there isn’t anything we can do

Very bad value for the money. It's ben nothing but a headache and countless hours talking with Apple support to try and resolve the issue. Don't but this model.

Horrible! I don’t know how people use something that you can’t even connect a mouse to! It’s so small it’s aggravating trying to find the right bar just to move the screen down. Must attract somehow but I sure didn’t see it

I bought the geek certified open box and it came with a problem and i wasn’t be able to use it. The geek certified open box should’ve had no problems at all. I don’t recommended buying an open box you would be very disappointed.

Well, I guess it is great for the person that stole my CC# and security code and ordered it from Best Buy. I had to cancel my card. I hope they are enjoying that brand new computer since Best Buy ate that charge.

Slow and not worth the money. This would be a great computer for someone just wanting as a computer to have but I would advise this computer for work.

This product really sucks. It will not allow me to download my Google Chrome onto desktop. I HATE Safari and this has become a pain to use. Stop being such a control freak Apple.

The screen came broken upon opening. There was a huge crack and then the screen flashed and turned black.
