Brought this on 4/21/22 The only thing I have done was set the computer up and now it will not turn on at all I have to take it to the apple store

Terrible. They say open box excellent. But mine didn’t come with a box or a charger. Very annoyed

Within the first year I’ve had to repair this laptop twice and every time they charge a deductible when I paid for the extended warranty upfront.

Mouse(Apple Magic Mouse 2) keeps getting disconnected all the time! Display comes up blank after rebooting some times. Apple has several basic issues with the new M1 based MacBook Pro!

Terrible ...does not work right and cannot get in touch with anyone at the store. Have been on hold for 30 mins! So upset..

The screen flickers & glitches for no apparent reason & it’s so annoying. With the price I should not have to deal with screen defects

Not sold a M1 chip MacBook. Did pickup waited two hours and people walked out from their car and got their pick up before me. I have a baby and couldn’t leave car.

It’s more for school or work then a home leisure type of laptop.

The delivery man just drop my package over our wood door . I don’t think this is right . This is a laptop . This is not just $100 . So careless !

I literally got it and a couple he screen went out took it to bestbuy they couldn’t do anything about it waist of money and time!

This product was really good. But i hated the camera. It is poor quality and i hate not being a touch screen.

This laptop is garbage don’t buy it’s to hard to setup and when you do it’s slow as f__k don’t buy

Wanted to write this review after running the new MacBook Pro 13 thru the typical operation tests. Let me say first that I am not a gamer but then I don't think that Apple claims their MacBooks are gaming laptops. The magic keyboard is the same as the intel models as well as the touchpad. The big differences are in the performance of the CPU and GPU and the battery life. I also have the i9 16 inch intel version and this laptop appears to keep right up with it or exceed its performance in some instances. Startup is faster than the 16 inch i9 model and web browsing seems to be just as fast if not faster. Where this laptop really excels is the graphic processor. One of the backgrounds is of a road along Big Sur. The picture of the road appears to have been taken from about 200 ft away and I actually looked to see if I could see a bug crawling on the road. The graphics are incredibly sharp. The other part that is incredible is battery life. I had a full 100% charge and started watching music videos on Youtube to see how quickly the battery would lose charge. After about 30 minutes of watching videos my battery percentage went down to 98%. I have no doubt that I will get at least 20 hours on a charge, simply incredible. During the 30 minutes of watching video I could not hear a fan kick on and the MacBook Pro remained cool. I won't go into them here but Big Sur has some nice new features as well. My only complaint is one that I have had for awhile, I wish that they would have kept the indicator on the charging cable rather than having to open the lid to check the level of charge. With 20+ hours of battery life I won't need to check nearly as often. I think that the price is very reasonable considering the enhanced capabilities of this laptop, Hope this review helps.

Great product... but BestBuy experience is pathetic. go elsewhere for better price/ warranty/ price match policy.

Had to return for a new one. Top was bent and scratched. Looked like an old used computer.

Great product and service would recommend. Going on 3 years and still working well.

3+ years since I bought and works like new. You won't go wrong with any MacBook, you will love it.
