Apple silicon is the future

I edit 4K h265 with this device without transcoding anything. You can layer about 2-3 4K clips with modifications without any hiccups in fcpx and resolve. How they can get this performance out of this chip is insane to me, especially for the price. At least with video performance, I don’t think there’s a better machine for the price.

Great and light laptop

Only thing to keep in mind, be very careful what accessories you purchase. I bought a case and keyboard protector which ended up causing pressure cracks to the display. I had to use Apple care to get it fixed and pay $99 deductible for it.

The space gray color is very sharp. However, I wish that there was a USB port in the computer without having to purchase a separate adapter.
