Good machine, M1 chip has seen a few software conflicts but the build quality is good and the butterfly keyboard has been improved. If you need 32 bit software though do not upgrade.

Love my MacBook Pro lap top. I was disappointed that the box it arrived in smelled strongly of mildew. It appeared to the original packing from Apple, although their representatives at Apple Support said they never heard of that before. My computer does not seem to have been affected by the mildew.

I can't express enough how WELL cared I was during a staff shortage and people moving from section to section being helpful in areas that maybe were not really their expertise. Done well!!!

Love my computer! The salesman was very professional and asked questions to help us find the right one for our family. I have everything Apple and would not go with anything else!

Great computer. Bought it for my daughter to do her schoolwork on. She loves it and is an Apple fan so it is quite integrated with her other Apple products.

this purchase is used for ZOOM meetings, it serves its purpose by allowing me to take on assignments via ZOOM which I may not otherwise accomplish with this IMAC

There is so much you can do with these computers, I love it. The quality all around is awesome. Have to buy the multiport adapter is my only complaint

I’ve had a few MacBooks always love Them. This one seems fast. It starts up and shuts down fast. I’ve never had any problems with my MacBooks. This is a nice computer.

After 11 years my old MacBook Pro quit charging and the battery had been discontinued. Bout this to replace the old one and we are very happy with it. My wife uses it for school.

Simple easy to work with and faster processer and nice picture quality

This is a good computer for all basic purposes that most of us use day to day. Dont expect it to be a beast for heavy operations but am sure it checks most of the boxes.
