I thought I didn't want a mac however, I realized that is a functional and great product. I use it everyday and it is perfect for work and school.

I love this laptop. I had a PC before so it took some time to get use to, but now I can say I’m a pro. I do have other Apple products so having everything connected is a plus!

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it. We've been HP users for ages, sorry but I still am, but she needed this for work. She is very, very pleased with Apple.

My wifes older laptop stop working then she wants apple product so this might be a little expensive bit its worth it

I love this MacBook I use it everyday at work and have never had an issue. I just need to learn some of the little things I need to do with it.

Bought it as a gift for the wife. She’s an apple person and hasn’t had any issues with it and super easy for her to use for whatever she needs done.

It's reliable and worth for every dollar you pay. I love Mac because it doesn't die down like windows laptop in 2-3 years

Sales person was courteous and helpful. My purchase arrived in good shape. I have purchased computers, phones and TVs from Best Buy over the years and never had a problem . I have used their geek service and they solved some tech issues for me since I grew up with a pencil and eraser, not computers! I hope they stay around for a long, long time!! KR

Pricier laptop option, but sleek body, great touchscreen keyboard feature including touchscreen lock key and beautiful display.

My old 2011 MacBook Pro was getting old/full so this 2021 model is Awesome compared to it-love the fingerprint ID lock and just the overall security of a Mac!
