Could have used more time

Frustrating of course, but could have been less so if the technician that gave me the laptop spent little to no time explaining how it works. For example, all the items at the bottom have an email icon and a Safari icon. I asked why the mail icon is there since I am unable to access it directly must must go in via Safari. That's ok, but why not eliminate the email icon. Minor, I know, but a myriad of others that could have been reviewed.

Mac vs HP

Our previously owned desktop and laptop computers have not been Apple products. I bought this because my kids own Macs. So far, okay. I have lots to learn on how to use the Mac vs our previous HP or even my work which is Dell. We purchased this basically because the 'start' button on the Mac was inside the laptop vs the HP that is outside on the corner. Somehow our HP may have been dropped and on the power button and couldn't be fixed. Only owned that laptop over just a year.

Overall not impressed. Wish it could handle stock market platforms plus you tube emails texts and screen recordings at once its inconvenient not being able to multitask with out it lagging. Its not my internet...
