Glitch in operating system
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it, waited weeks, picked up two days ago and could not open it. Apparently there is a glitch in the new system. Three have been returned to Best Buy. No new computer for Christmas. They suggested I buy another model until the problem is fixed.

I had mine for 3 years and nothing but problems. Memory sucks, battery life sucks. Slow. Finally threw the machine, what was left of it, in the trash. Never. again. apple.

Junk Mac.

I have to turn on and off by pressing the button several times to make it work each time it froze up. I hope I can return and get a new one.
