Poor quality of computer

This is an expensive computer and it had a number of things wrong with it. I spent quite a lot of time on the phone with Apple in two different calls trying to get things to work, and they were not able to help. I don't expect to have to worry about "lemons" when spending over $1000 on a computer. I am aware that for some of your buyers that may not be a lot of money. For some of us, it is.

Was in the same spot i left it and was perfectly fine before. No kids or pets that could have damaged it. After a week, the screen went black. Luckily i was able to have it plugged into a monitor so i could continue working with it

Terrible OS

I've been working with Apple for 2 weeks and it still isn't repaired. Mine is an AOL email address. Not all emails, just 4 companies. Also a spreadsheet in Numbers just disappeared. The MacBook itself is ok but the OS is not good.

Bad choice- Screen to small and hurts my eyes after working 3 hours. Good choice -Small and compact and easy to travel with in your bag for short term use. WANT my MONEY BACK to buy a regular lap top
