Great purchase, can run multiple applications and has lasted me well over three years with no problems or slowing down.

It doesn’t hold a charge. I have to keep it on the charger.

everything about this macbook met our expectation for a daughter heading 450 miles away for University. Any sort of tech support she needed was always available through the library. A few hiccups with Microsoft and how well it did or did not work on a macbook- not sure if this was user error or actual interface problems.

Im new to MacBook , still lots of things im learning ! Battery is great , touch bar is cool, i dont really use the touch bar , super fast , finger print also super fast , the speakers are pretty loud compared to all my old laptops i had before apple ! I like that the keyboard has lights also ! So far im loving it
