Glitch in operating system
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it, waited weeks, picked up two days ago and could not open it. Apparently there is a glitch in the new system. Three have been returned to Best Buy. No new computer for Christmas. They suggested I buy another model until the problem is fixed.

I had mine for 3 years and nothing but problems. Memory sucks, battery life sucks. Slow. Finally threw the machine, what was left of it, in the trash. Never. again. apple.

Junk Mac.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Junk, it hang up on the first day. It happens 3 out 10 time that I start the laptop. I have to turn on and off by pressing the button several times to make it work each time it froze up. I hope I can return and get a new one.
