Bought this from my wife and she loves it. Overall the quality is amazing. The price was worth it and I made the purchase. It’s very easy to use. I would say it’s one of the top laptop computers out in the market. Battery life is great! I would recommend this to anyone.

Love my Macbook. Since I use my device for basic things, I don't really notice that big of a difference between the previous processor and the new M1 chip. The battery life is insane, though! I have gone nearly a month without having to charge using casually throughout the week!

It’s a MacBook, not much more needs to be said. Great price at Best Buy and delivery was really quick. Great overall experience. If you can afford the 14 or 16 I would suggest going for those but this is great for an entry level Mac.

My first ever MacBook and it’s so good. Battery life is top notch and it chargers super fast. Thought it does have a fat charger block but nothing bad. I’d definitely buy this if you were looking for a quality MacBook.I bought this a while ago and it’s been the best ever since.

I bought this MacBook Pro 13.3 for my daughter who is ready to go to college. Its been close to an year now and its working great. My daughter loves this. I am surprised to see quality of this Mac book. Its just excellent.

I love it. If you love Mac products, you'll love this. I know that they no longer have the Touch Bar in their products, but I actually like it. Once you get the hang of it, it really is useful. So far, so good. Other than that, It really is a MacBook Pro.

overwhelm with the purchase good buy. easy to get what you need in no time at all apple is a good brand. I enjoy this because windows 11 on my old computer has a big problem. I have just said forget microsoft products that are installed APPLE IS GREAT GOOD PRODUCT.

Everything and more you'd expect from a MacBook. Lightbar took a little time to get used to but after a few days it was great to have. Lightbar was def one of the best features of this MacBook. If looking for a new computer this is the way to go.

I love my new MacBook Pro. However it doesn't have a CD drive and I had to purchase a 7 in 1 USB-C multipart adapter so that I can use an USB, picture scan card from my camera. But the adapter works with my new Mac and all is great! The battery is great. I was able to sync it to my iPhone too.

This is my first Mac purchase and I have enjoyed the processing speed and the size and weight for portability. I plan on taking advantage of user assistance training. There is a learning curve between Windows and Apple Systems to which I could use assistance. I am Happy so far with my purchase and I believe it can only get better. I did have to get used to not having a touch screen. That would be an absolute plus, as I miss that the most.

great sound system for a laptop. overall very much what I expected from a MacBook Pro , to the Touch Bar, and the performance. I do however miss three finger track pad motion to move a window. but it makes up for it in so many other ways. just an awesome laptop so far.

Purchased this for my son to be used for school work. I have owned a few apple computers and hope to have years of use out of this one. They last for years without breaking down. My son loves how compact the computer is.

I had a MacBook Pro for seven years and decided to upgrade with a new MacBook Pro with the M1 chip...was not disappointed and like the new features. Ordered it from Best Buy and it arrived the next day! Great customer service and delivery as promised along with a consistent, quality from Apple.

Upgraded from a HP laptop, after about 10 years, had connectivity issues. I told myself no more HP. I'm a first time Mac user so I have to get used to it, but my god. The MacBook Pro is so much better, lighter, and responsive. Store pickup process was seamless. Customer service was A1.

Wow. I am *thoroughly* impressed with the new M1. Having been an Intel to AMD convert, and now PC to Mac convert... I'm blown away by how fast this thing is, even compared to my Ryzen 3600 desktop. It's not a gaming machine by any means, but the iGPU is surprisingly good as well.

I'm really happy with my MacBook. I was laptop user for years, I was searching the internet and as alway I end out in Best Buy website, I trust Best Buy, I ordered, got a text that my order was ready, got to the store, 5 minutes top in and out. The service is excellent

It is great the battery last for a long time so I don’t really need to charge it. It’s pretty fast too
