We decided the following week that it was not a fit for her and went and exchanged it for the Macbook Pro and are so delighted with our final purchase. Great customer service and help from all associates who helped us. Although we did have to travel about 30 miles for the Macbook Pro because it was not stocked at the original purchase place, BestBuy in Fort Lauderdale. It was worth the drive out there. Thank you for a pleasant and smooth transaction. Yeni
