This is the first 13” we’ve ever purchased. All the 15.5 - 16” MacBook pros support 2 external 4K monitors. My wife’s 13” MacBook Pro supports 2 external monitors as well. This one, with the new M chipset, only supports one. Unfortunately, we had already unpacked and setup the computer and only found this out after the 2nd monitor was not recognized. Called Apple support, and after 15 minutes or so, they verified it would only support a single external monitor due to revisions made with the new chipset. Too late to return it. I hope this is not a sign of things to come with Apple.
