Finally made the transition from PC to Mac and I couldn’t be happier. It was everything I was looking for and more. Only improvement could be if the computer had more than 2 USB ports.

BEST COMPUTER FOR EVERYTHING FROM NETFLIX TO HOMEWORK TO MOVIE MAKING. ONLY GOT A NEW ONE BECAUSE MY OTHER ONE HAD A BATTERY THAT WAS STRUGGLING. I HAD THE LAST ONE FOR 8 YEARS.

This laptop is a beast. absolutely gorgeous screen and the feel of the metal exterior really is pro like. i have been an apple hater since way back but I've seen the light.

Excellent laptop. Been an Apple Mac person for 14 years and this one is great. Great value. Will be getting a new iMac to replace the 2008 iMac. These are 10 plus year devices minimum.

Tired of purchasing a new PC every other year. I decided on the MacBook Pro with the Apple M1 chip. I've got a bit of a learning curve but so far so good. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Salesperson was very knowledgable in MacBook Pro. He helped me to decide which Laptop was best for my needs. I'd recommend Best Buy to anyone who's looking for a new computer.

Excellent product works perfectly! It doesn’t have a scratch on it all parts work as they should. Now I just have to learn how to use it with all the special codes for stuff…

My daughter is a die hard Apple products. She is an honors student and being a proud father I decided to gift her with a new Macbook as the one she had is 6 years old. She is a happy camper.

This is an excellent computer for college use. If I were you, I would consider buying a USB C to USB adapter if you need to use a flash drive, because the ports are only USB C.

Best Buy always meets my needs and the customer support is just amazing, please don’t change anything and the app is so handy and useful when picking up curbside
