I am coming from a Windows 10 machine and really enjoyed it, I didn't think it could get better. It's fast, it sounds great, it has a good screen... then I watched the most recent keynote before this review. Apple was talking about their M1 chips in the new iPad Pro. From there it lead to me seeing that same chip being in the MacBook Pro. I stopped into my local Best Buy and was completely blown away! I debated the purchase for a few days before finally pulling the trigger! This machine is faster, sounds better, and looks better!

M1 MacBook Pro Review

Fun to type on and a great computer to get work done. I'm a student, so I get a lot of work done on my MacBook Pro, but honestly, I just wanted the pro just because. My 2020 MacBook Air caused no problems either. I just wanted the M1 Chip. This is mainly for Video Creators and Editors. I just do school work and turn in projects on this. It's great though. Battery life is exceptional from my 2020 intel MacBook Air I was using previously. Great purchase if you don't want to spend the 2,000 on the new MacBook.

I was working on a windows surface 3 laptop of the last year and it was good, but it sure is nice to be back to an Apple MacBook. I have always been a fan of the pro models, and I am liking the Touch Bar features as well! Battery life is great so far. Also the ease of use between my AirPods, and iPhone just go hand in hand! Overall very happy! Try to grab one of these on sale and you'll be very happy. I got one for a $150 off which was great to me!

Incredible Laptop with awesome speed and graphics

I was immediately impressed with the quality and resolution of the screen and the speed at which it operates. We've historically been a "Windows family" so almost all of my experience is there. I am really impressed with the MacBook Pro and how well it operates. I wasn't sure if the Touch Bar was more gimmick than practical/useful. After watching my daughter use it, I am really impressed with this technology and how it helps you be more productive. Overall I am very impressed with the new M1-based MacBook Pro.
